Cost and Freight - CFR
Freight paid to named point. risk of lass passes at "ships rail point." when loading. Transaction required export and import Regulatory documents and clean Bill of Lading. Same as C&F.

Cost, Insurance, Freight - CIF
As above, plus transport insurance supplied. Transaction required export and import Regulatory, Insurance documents and Bill of Lading.

Carriage Paid To - CPT
Similar to CFR, however, risk of loss passes at delivery to firs carrier. Transaction, usual Transport and export and import Regulatory documents. Replaces - Freight Carriage Paid to" code "OCP."

Carriage and Insurance Paid To - CIP
As above, plus transport insurance supplied to the named point. Transaction Insurance, usual Transport and required export and import. Regulatory documents. Code "CIP" becomes full description.

Delivered at Frontier (DAF)
Only for surface, inland transit. Goods delivered to border, not cleared. Transaction, usual Transport and/or warehouse and required export and import Regulatory documents.

Delivered Duty paid (DDP) - (named place of destination)
Goods delivered to buyer's country, available at various negotiable points. Costs and Risks after entry are negotiable. Transaction, usual Transport and/or warehouse and required export and import Regulatory documents. Also known as "Free Domicile."

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) - (named place of destination)
Reflects "door-to-door" intermodal or courier contracts of carriage where only the destination customs duty and taxes (if any) are paid by consignee.

Delivered Ex Ship (DES) - (named port of destination)
Goods available on board the named vessel at named point. Transaction, required export Regulatory documents and Bill of Lading. Replaces "Ex Ship."

Delivered Ex Quay/Duty Paid (DEQ) - (named port of destination)
Goods available on the quay at named point. Duties and customs clearance issues must be negotiated. Transaction. Delivery Order and required import Regulatory documents. Replaces "Ex Quay."

Ex Works (EXW)
Goods available at seller's premises. Only documents specified in contract must be supplied.

Free Along Side (FAS)
Goods delivered "alongside ship," not clear for export. Transaction, required export Regulatory documents and clean Dock or Mate's Receipt.

Free Carrier (FCA)
Supplants "FOB Named Point" for intermodal transport. Goods delivered to carrier. Transaction, receipt by carrier and required exports Regulatory documents.

FOR/FOT
For rail transport only. Transaction, usual Transport and required export and import Regulatory documents.

Free On Board FOB
Goods loaded on vessel for export. Transaction, required export and import Regulatory documents and clean dock or Mate's Receipt.

FOB Airport
Goods delivered to carrier at airport of departure. Transaction and required export Regulatory documents.
